MGA offers local researchers the opportunity to post notices about their work and calls for participation in studies which have been formally reviewed and approved by an IRB or related committee at the researchers' host institution.  Postings reflect a professional courtesy for MGA's local research community and do not reflect MGA's endorsement of particular studies or research programs. All participation is voluntary. If you have questions about a particular study, please contact the research investigator. Call for Paid Participants in Research on Aging and Cognition

 

The Aging and Cognition Lab, directed by Dr. Angela Gutchess, is seeking participants for research studies at Brandeis University.

 

Studies last 1-4 hours

 

Participants receive between $10 - $25/hour

 

Eligibility requirements - To participate, you must:

  • Be between the ages of 18-35 or 59-99

  • Be fluent in English
  • Have completed at least a 10th grade education

Call for Research Participants in Face Perception MRI Study

 

We are looking for:

  • Healthy women and men
  • Age 65 to 95
  • Right-handed
  • Fluent in English
  • At least a 10th grade education

 

Participation involves:

  • One visit to MGH at Charlestown
  • One MRI scan
  • Cognitive Testing
  • Total time commitment is ~3 hours

 

Participants receive:

  • $65 for your participation
  • Additional $10 as transportation compensation
