The Members of the MGA include public and the private sector as well as students and other individuals. Among those represented are planners, researchers, social workers, nurses, physicians, administrators, teachers, case managers, allied health therapists, and housing managers.

MGA offers Individual Memberships, Organization Memberships, and Student/Community Memberships. Advantages of an MGA Membership include:


  • One full registration and one discounted registration to MGA’s annual events (Spring Conference and Fall Policy Forum)
  • Meeting colleagues with similar interests from across the state
  • Participating in a statewide resource exchange of education and training programs, research efforts, and community services
  • The opportunity of a leadership role as an officer of MGA, a committee member, or as an appointee to a task force

In addition to the above, Organizational Memberships include four (4) full registrations and four (4) discounted registrations to MGA’s  annual events. MGA membership runs for 1 full year and is automatically activated with registration at either the Spring Conference or Fall Policy Forum.
